All-Terrain Vehicle Challenge…!

Quad Torc is an off-road design challenge for engineering and Diploma undertaking students. Quad is a four-wheeled bike, an ATV (All-Terrain Vehicle) that was manufactured to use as a vehicle for transportation in strenuous terrains. The contest involves designing a Quad bike following some quoted rules and regulations. All the manufacturing process must be strictly undertaken by the students without any direct or indirect involvement of professional help.

 

The registered teams will be manufacturing the vehicle and the required vehicle design reports and all the other reports that need to be submitted will be asked in due course of time before the FINAL ROUND. All the participating teams will be awarded points on the basis of their performance in the FINAL ROUND and their caliber portrayed through the various design reports.

 

The Quad Torc 2018 final round is going to conduct on September 26 to September 30 at Chachari Teep, Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh. The manufacturing is should be completed before July 30 and need to submit all the proofs of manufacturing and all the reports needed like Business Plan, Design Report, DFMEA, Cost Analysis Report etc.

            This mail is coming from a group of 21 students of MAR BASELIOS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND SCIENCE (MBITS) ,Nellimattom, Kothamangalam, Ernakulam district, Kerala. We are participating in a national event named QUAD TORC -2018 which is conducted by Indian Society of New Era Engineers (ISNEE) which is held on Bijhnor, West Uttar Pradesh from 26th september to 30 th september ,2018.We are participating under the team name ” METAL HEADS ” .We are the Only team from Kerala State.

             The contest is an offroad vehicle manufacturing championship and  bringing the vehicle under certain tests such as acceleration test, suspension test, endurance test etc… .The detailed information of the contest is attached with this mail.We are taking this as our final year project and our college has sanctioned it.This is our dream project which improves our technical skills and knowledge.We are also including many new innovations in our project that must be useful for the future generation.

 We are also attaching our business plan,design report,cost analysis and other related photos with this mail.We have already started our manufacturing processes and we are facing financial problems right now since we are students.We need someone to fund us.At that moment we heard about Invset In Project and that’s the reason we are mailing you.
